An opportunity has become available for a standalone HR Advisor on a permanent, full time basis working within a fast paced environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the HR activity within the business.

The roles responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Employee Relations
* Recruitment & On-boarding
* Absence & Performance Management
* Reviewing & updating policies & procedures
* Implementing HR initiatives
* All HR related administration

Ideally you will have experience of working within the Health & Social Care industry or similar and knowledge of employment legislation.

Candidates should have a confident approach, effective communication skills and have excellent attention to detail.

A CIPD qualification or similar is not essential however is desirable.
