* To provide ER advice to line managers and employees
* Attend meetings when necessary
* High volume emails and calls (help-desk)
* Admin duties
* Handling complex ER issues
* Advising on staff development
* Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management

IDEAL CANDIDATE

* ER experience
* Good customer service skills
* English literate
* Able to work in a team and independently
