This role works within the EMEA regional HR team and provides HR support to managers and employees primarily based in Greenford focussing on HR policies and procedures, resourcing, employee relations, learning and development activities, performance management and HR systems management.

HR Advisor - FMCG
End to end recruitment and employee relations for employees GG5-non graded, interns and work placements (including briefing agencies, interviews, inductions, 3 month reviews, exit interviews, performance and absence management, grievance and disciplinary meetings). Supporting, as required, with recruitment and employee relations for GG4 and above;
All Family Friendly policies, educating employees and managers of policy/legislation changes as appropriate;
Absence management for all employees based in Greenford including the management of occupational health requirements;
Acting as key point of contact for data exchanges between Greenford HR and TCS managed services;
Management and promotion of voluntary benefits.
Management of volunteering activity in Greenford and supporting reward and recognition initiatives, specifically Brewing Brilliance platform for offline employees in all EMEA locations (excluding Eaglescliffe);
Supporting learning and development initiatives for all Greenford based employees;
Supporting, as required, EMEA Director and HR Manager with benefits related activity, including renewals, company cars, pension data management
Working on various HR projects as required. Initiatives include working on UK policy updates and employee education refreshers, change initiatives, engagement survey and restructures.
HRIS / System Administration
Acting as the knowledge expert and SPOC for the HR database, the key contact for internal and external customers relating to general queries and upgrade information;
Being SPOC for leave data management for Greenford, liaising with TCS managed services and Global HR as required.
HRIS system reporting as required;
Supporting with data for Balance Scorecard submissions as required.
HR Advisor - FMCG
Thorough working knowledge of HR practices; including exposure to recruitment and all aspects of employee relations,
Recognised HR qualification, e.g. CPP/CIPD
Good working knowledge of Excel, database management/systems (Success Factors)
Previous exposure to working within a managed services environment
Confident with good verbal and written communication skills, able to work with managers all levels in the organisation.
Able to provide a consistent, accurate and professional service at all times whilst maintaining absolute confidentiality
Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
Detail conscious, process orientated
Ability to work as part of a team and actively contribute to department projects/meetings
Continually seek ways of improving HR systems and processes.
Ability to demonstrate a resilient and analytical approach to problem-solving

12 month contract
