One of our medium to large clients based in the Fleet area are recruiting an HR Assistant to join their team. They are offering a salary around £25,000 and are looking for someone who has worked in a comparable role, and is able to fit in well with the team.

Key Duties:

- Support to the HR Head of Human Resources
- Manage analytics including, Monthly KPI’s, Exit interviews and Staff Surveys
- Complete administration of salaried payroll including pension reporting
- Resolve all salaried payroll queries
- Full administration of HR documents to include contracts of employment, addendums, reference letters, new starter and leaver documentation, holiday/absence/recording etc
- Manage medium levels of recruitment by supporting managers with setting up new vacancies, processing applications and arranging interviews
- Interview along side recruiting Managers
- Manage all salaried staff inductions and on boarding alongside the recruiting manager
- Arrange, log and obtain feedback in relation to training
- Ensure all system are up to date with Salaries
- Ensure contacts are kept up to date
- Ensure Auto enrolment legislation is adhered to
- Arrange work experience programmes
- Manage and organise a variety of events
- Make arrangements for donation requests
- Conduct exit interviews
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters as appropriate
- Other ad hoc duties as required

- Strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges
- Ability to relate to key client personnel in a professional and credible fashion
- Well developed personal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and well developed leadership and management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across professional, operational and cultural boundaries
- Proactive approach and prompt responses to all service requests
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle a number of tasks at once and meeting deadlines as required
- Very good organisational skills
- Good IT skills including experience of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of time management systems, desirable but not essential.
