HR Advisor

We are currently assisting a well-respected Lloyd's Managing Agent recruit for an HR Advisor for their very busy and efficient wider HR team.

Reporting directly to a fantastic Senior HR BP you will be responsible for supporting the international employee base by acting as the HR expert by advising and enabling line management and employees.

Among ad-hoc duties you will be responsible for:

*Assisting the HR BP with the planning and delivery of employee objectives
*Owning the responsibility for agreed client groups across the wider organisation
*Contributing and Assisting to the overall HR strategy with buy in from the
*Assisting in the delivery of business plans
*Promoting people initiatives through interactions with the business, encouraging a
high performance culture
*Providing support to managers on all employee relations issues in line with
business requirements and HR policies, procedures and legislation
*Working closely with the wider HR colleagues to ensure policies and procedures
remain in line with employment legislation and best practice
*Assisting line managers and employees, with interpretation of HR Policies and HR
related processes
*Supporting the efficient delivery of project objectives for the business and across
HR to progress HR initiatives
*Supporting the HR Business Partner in the delivery of all HR cyclical activities
*Building strong rapport with line managers and Senior Leaders across the London
office and all regional offices in the UK and Ireland
*Support the HR BP across Europe
*Identifying and communicating potential ER issues and opportunities to influence
the business
*Supporting the HR BP with any change management initiatives

Ideally you will hold (or working towards) a professional HR qualification (CIPD or equiv) and would have experience of working within a professional regulated environment.
Within your experience a proven track record of working on terminations, hires, absence management, discipline and grievance handling, change management, a range of complex employee relations
