Working as part of a small team, reporting into the Regional HR Manager, core responsibilities of this role will involve:
* Employee Relations - high level casework related to absence management, grievances and performance;
* Providing advice on restructures and redundancies;
* Monthly reporting.
Our client is looking for a confident individual with a wealth of experience in employee relations, who can start at short notice. The role is to assist the team whilst they look for someone on a permanent basis so there is every chance the role could be converted to a long term opportunity. There are multiple sites across Hampshire where travel will be required.
