Your new company
Our client is a public sector organisation based near Torquay. They work with external businesses and organisations to support them with HR related queries and situations. The organisation focuses on customer service and providing a high level of service.
Your new role
You will be acting as the first point of contact for people and businesses who have HR related queries and will give them relevant information. You will also carry out other responsibilities such as (but not limited to) preparation of documents for meetings, formulating reports and documents for particular cases and collaborating with other HR colleagues to carry out coaching
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a Level 7 CIPD qualification and you will have previous experience working as a HR Advisor. You will be able to document when you have carried out the above responsibilities and be able to provide examples of these.
