An immediately available temporary HR Advisor opportunity has arisen to work in the NHS on a short-term temporary contract supporting the medicine department with general ER case work queries.
Your new role
You will be responsible for an approximate headcount across the trust of 1200, taking incoming case queries, handling complex queries, support management through disciplinaries, managing high level sickness absence case work and partnering with senior management on capability issues.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum 3 years HR and employee relations experience is required, NHS experience is desirable but not essential, and a minimum CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
