Your new role
Your new role will be to provide generalist HR support to the business across all areas of the employee life-cycle. You will provide specialist advice and guidance to managers, support all employee relation issues which can vary on complexity and scale, proactively drive improvements through professional coaching, ensure all policies and procedures are up to date with any changes in employment law, monitor and report relevant management information and coordinate and support the sites recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally be CIPD qualified, have demonstrable experience working at an advisory level and have experience in recruiting technical, hard to fill roles.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £28000 - £30000, flexible working and excellent holiday allowance.
