This is a fantastic opportunity to join work as an HR Advisor for one of the North West's fastest growing firms. The North West Firm is a multi-national full service firm with a forward-thinking approach in providing quality legal services. The Firm relies heavily on the expertise, knowledge and experience of its people and actively supports training and development. You will be providing HR support on employment issues and conducting people management. You will be implementing HR policies and procedures, providing consistent advice across all areas, working to ensure effective working relationships and promoting equality and diversity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' HR experience. If you speak an Eastern European language that would be a bonus.
*Provide specialist advice across the Firm to employees and management
*Ensure co-ordinated and consistent advice between all departments
*Ensure effective working relationships with key stakeholders
*To develop and implement HR solutions
*To carry out any other duties as may be required.
*Work towards expanding the team with a view to becoming the department manager
*HR advisory experience essential
*Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills
*Proactive and able to prioritise tasks to deadlines working with own initiative
*Team player with a professional approach to all levels of staff
*Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
*Fluent in an Eastern European language - desirable.
