The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for their client based in Nottingham. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate which is ideally to start ASAP!
The HR Advisor will work within a HR team working alongside other HR Advisors reporting directly into a HR Manager, this is a full generalist role covering many aspects of HR such as recruitment, developing and embedding policies and processes, carrying out absence reporting, advising on all employee relation cases, interviewing potential employees, working closely with line managers and carrying out basic training on handling cases, dealing with disciplinary and grievance procedures and managing long term projects.
The HR Advisor will have an advising background, be comfortable in a busy department, be well organised and ideally be qualified up to a Level 5 CIPD.
This is a temporary role and therefore the candidate must be immediately available or available at short notice.
