Our client based in Godalming are looking for a hard working and committed HR Advisor. The purpose of this position is to support the wider teams and bring ideas and ways of helping the business move forward. This is a brilliant opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a company at a time of growth and make a difference.

The position involves:
Working with the senior HR team
Developing and implementing new systems
Supporting the development of HR
Managing the Recruitment module
Leading the development of our clients careers website
Reviewing all job specifications
Giving advice on salaries and role duties
Having full knowledge of company policies
Being the first point of call for all recruitment and HR queries
Supporting all Line Managers within the business with HR matters

What you need to be considered for this opportunity:
Be CIPD qualified
Have a strong HR background
Be a confident communicator
Have knowledge of systems
Be approachable and be happy giving advice when required
Working with sensitivity and be confidential at all times
Be confident and articulate
Be extremely organised and able to work under pressure
Work independently and pro-actively
