I'm delighted to be working with a fast paced media organisation based in Central London on their search for a HR Advisor (up to £35k).
This is a fantastic generalist HR Advisor role, working as part of a larger HR team to support the business. You will support and coach managers on ER cases and manage disciplinaries and grievances end to end. You will also be responsible for maternity/paternity and shared parental leave consultations. Working with the Recruitment team, you will also support recruitment and onboarding.
There are some great projects to get stuck into around Diversity & Inclusion, talent mapping and salary benchmarking. You will also run reports on their HR system - Workday.
In order to be successful in this role you will be commercial, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and a strong generalist skillset. You will have a 'can-do' mindset and enjoy improving processes.
To be successful in the role you will already be operating at Advisor level and manging ER cases on your own. You will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Location - Central London, close to major rail and tube links
Salary - up to £35,000
