A client in Frimley, Surrey, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for advice and support on all ER issues. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £23,000-£28,000.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Providing comprehensive advice and guidance to managers on a variety of HR issues in line with Company procedures and policies
• Handling a variety of HR queries, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary
• Dealing with employee queries, including holiday, pay and contractual queries
• Ensuring the consistency of the Company’s policies and policies
• Promoting a positive Employee Relations culture whilst minimising risks

The ideal candidate will:
• Have extensive HR experience, with a strong focus on Employee Relations
• Be CIPD qualified or part-qualified
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have a team-orientated approach
• Ideally have experience within the Hospitality Industry (not essential)
