A leading employer in the Chippenham area is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their busy team on 12 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor you will support and lead on major change projects, to include TUPE, re-structures and consultations. You will be expected to assist the wider HR team with Employee relation case work, grievance, disciplinary and performance management as well as any ad hoc day to day HR duties. This is a great opportunity for a talented HR Advisor to widen their skill set.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge across the HR generalist remit to include, managing restructures and redundancies, dealing with all employee relation issues to include disciplinary and grievance as well as experience of managing TUPE transfers, IN/OUT.
Any experience of working with unions and employment tribunals would be highly beneficial. This is a fast paced and demanding role which requires someone that can work in a challenging and ever changing HR department.
