Busy and extremely varied position, working in a team who deliver generalist HR support to a number of locations within the UK.
Requiring a sound background within HR and the ability to deliver HR advice and guidance in a user friendly manner as well as supporting line managers with more complex issues, this role is scheduled to be in place at least until December 2018
Acting as first point of contact, it is imperative that you are able to communicate effectively and provide the support required
Administrative tasks include database management; the updating of personnel records and files; absence recording and maintaining training records
Further you will be involved in the ongoing development of HR procedures and processes; ensuring a more streamlined approach is followed
You will be involved in meetings; taking minutes and circulating thereafter.
