This is a permanent opportunity that will be based predominantly at their office in North Derby. The HR Advisor is a stand alone position that will report into one of the directors of the business. This a fully generalist role that will require the successful candidate to have experience of working across all areas of HR. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR support to the managers and directors of the business, ensuring they mitigate any risks whilst also driving their commercial successes. The successful HR Advisor will lead on employee relations, engagement, recruitment, coordination of HR administration and HR MI. Working closely with the directors of the business the HR Advisor will be accountable for delivering key people metrics and MI for any board reports. The HR Advisor will be passionate about driving efficiencies in areas such as recruitment and will support managers through this process, providing advice and guidance where necessary. The HR Advisor will also work closely with managers to deliver any projects as part of the wider people and business strategies.
The Successful Person:
The successful person for the position of HR Advisor will be a confident HR generalist who demonstrates a credible background in the core disciplines of HR. They will be an effective communicator, able to coach, influence and challenge where required. They must be organised and self disciplined and be comfortable working autonomously. Previous experience of case management is required for this role, and experience of managing recruitment processes is strongly desired.
