Fixed term: 10 months maternity cover
£22k-£33k + Bonus and comprehensive benefits

As an HR Advisor reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you’ll support the HR function of our client; with a prime focus being on Employee Relations.
- · Case management, including: disciplinaries, performance development, employment tribunals, grievances, appeals, and absence management
- · Co-ordinating a range of projects to ensure key activities and milestones are met
- · Managing complex tasks
- · Maintaining records, databases and reports
- · Arranging for payment of invoices, expenses and approvals
The successful candidate must be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5, with a proven understanding of the benefits of effective Employee Relations, together with the ability to manage complex and sensitive issues. As well as the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels to drive changes in behaviour and enable positive outcomes; liaising with trade union representatives where required.
In addition to supporting managers remotely with general advice, you will also be required to respond and resolve queries, as well as undertake HR administrative activities to maintain cases, whilst support the case management of complex pay queries and coaching employees through the career framework.
