A well established SME business is currently looking for a confident professional HR Advisor to join the team. The HR Advisor will be working in a fast paced, growing business who is looking for commercially minded professional HR Generalists or ER Specialists who will be working closely with senior members of the HR team, providing sound ER advice and case management and practical change management support. The HR Advisor is truly generalist and you’ll get involved in an amazing range of work, whilst the core work focuses around employee case management you will also get involved in everything from on-boarding and overseeing outsourced HR administration services; recruitment; TUPE; planning and delivering restructures; training and development; research and analysis.
Requirements: being CIPD qualified to level 5 is essential with excellent up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR Best Practice.
