Due to an long term sickness, we are now looking to recruit a HR Advisor to work in the heart of the city centre on a temporary, on-going basis. Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be working in the Schools team and being a main point of contact for teachers across the region. This would be covering 350 schools in Birmingham with a variety of queries, ranging from sickness and absence, timesheets and new starter queries to detailed responses in line with policies and procedures and terms and conditions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor with, or working towards, your CIPD. Working within an educational environment would be highly beneficial, however not essential. You will be experienced with MS Office and be experienced in helping others in a HR environment.
