Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will be required to perform in a variety of different tasks. You will be the first point of contact for HR issues providing focused advice to managers in respect of ER issues including disciplinary (up to and including dismissal). You will be required to give an in depth HR consultation with all levels of staff. You will manage individual recruitment campaigns and be involved in ad-hoc projects on occasion. there will also be an element of HR Administration involved.
You may also be involved in recruitment around TUPE of up to 40 people and may be taking queries in relation to TUPE. You will also help develop things such as T&C's and get involved in numerous projects. There will also be a slight element of travel involved in which you may be required to stay over night once a month and on occasion travel to the local offices.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience in a HR generalist role previously with strong employee relations experience and have experience delivering consultations. You should also have a current knowledge of Employment Law and of HR best practice. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience of delivering complex advise on a daily basis. You will also have had experience in the resourcing and recruitment process, restructures and experience working with TUPE would be greatly desirable.
Experience working in an industrial, logistics, construction or manufacturing industry would be preferable as would working with SAP. They are looking for a self starter, capable autonomously working with high volumes in a fast paced environment. You must be flexible and nationally mobile (full driving license required)
