Your new role
Reporting directly into the HR and OD Manager, this role is responsible for the full day-to-day operations of the HR function. You will be supporting a number of HR projects including the implementation of a new HR system and job evaluations. In addition, you will be advising managers on all employee relations casework with a particular focus on performance management.
The HR Advisor will also be expected to support on all recruitment and design and develop a number of learning and development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident individual who can quickly establish credibility with key stakeholders. Previous experience managing HR projects is essential for the role, as is an understanding of employee relations and HR data and analytics.
