To provide ER support to the HR team

You will support the HR team by looking after all ER casework. You will support line managers with disciplinary meetings, conduct investigations, and manage to the communication. You will also get involved in adhoc projects.
- Must have worked at HR advisor level
- Must have a strong knowledge of ER
- Must have up to date knowledge of employment law
- Must be available to start immediately
