What does the role entail?
As the Junior HR Advisor you will support the HR Business Partner with a wide variety of tasks, providing support, coaching and mentoring for line management with regards to performance management, as well as investigating and responding to any formal grievances and complaints. You will work with the recruitment team making them aware of business needs, as well as screening/assessing of potential candidates. You will get involved with TUPE and restructuring whilst ensuring minimum impact to the business by rolling out design changes and both clear and timely communications to avoid/minimise disruption. You will work with the HR Business Partner on further projects and initiatives as needed whilst also promoting and monitoring employee engagement.
What skills do you possess?
You will have worked within a similar generalist HR position before where you will have had exposure to ER and recruitment and will have started your CIPD or other relevant industry qualification. You will be up to date with a good understanding of UK Employment Law and experience around restructures could be an advantage too. An added plus would be working experience with Oracle, Logiforms or similar and also being happy with occasional UK travel too. You will be a self-starter, confident, articulate, happy getting involved in project work who possess drive and the want to develop themselves further.
