HR Advisor

£27k plus car allowance of £4.5k + many benefits

You will be acting as the first point of contact for HR related advice and issues across the operations teams. Working within a team of 5 (supporting 400-500 staff).

You will be responsible for providing advice and assistance on employee relations issues, advising on recruitment and selection strategies, and supporting absence management.

You will also support the communications policy in areas such as the Employee Forum process.

This is a demanding and proactive role which requires you to work collaboratively across 3 major sites, verbally whilst also contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

The opportunity to visit sites and meet the teams, once or twice a month.

As well as being highly customer focused and proactive, we will expect have you to have some previous experience in a HR Generalist role, providing advice and guidance to line managers.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to successfully build relationships with different stakeholders in the business. Being able to think on your feet is essential, along with the ability to work individually and as part of the team. Also excellent organisation and prioritisation skills are a must as you will often be working on multiple projects.
