Our client has a permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
This is a generalist role which will involve dealing with a range of ER cases, day to day HR matters and project work.
We are looking for a candidate with some recruitment experience - and the necessary skills to utilise recruitment tools including LinkedIn.
You will also be the key HR representative with regards to the new HR system which is being implemented - so the successful candidate will have previous experience of involvement in the implementation of an HR system. You will need to have the drive and ability to work on your own and of course within the team and be able to write and develop processes and also to provide guidance and user training and support on the new system as it rolls out across the company.
You will work with other employees and managers across the organisation so it is key that you are personable and able to work with people at all levels.
