A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing HR Consultancy service, as part of a larger organisation.
The purpose of this role is to advise businesses within the region on all areas of HR, including capability and conduct, performance management, recruitment and talent planning and learning initiatives. As well as the day to day HR you will support on larger projects such as restructures and redundancy, trade union negotiations and succession planning.
My client are happy to consider candidates from a Consultancy / HR outsourcing / Internal HR background.
