HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Advisor with a background in professional services, to work within an established City based Law Firm. This role sits within a dynamic small team and supports circa 200+ employees.

The HR Advisor will find themselves working in a generalist capacity which will include exposure to ER (Employee Relations) and Payroll. Due to the ER element of the role the successful candidate will need to be a confident communicator able to converse with tact and diplomacy.

This is a full-time permanent role paying up to £30,000 per annum + attractive benefits package.

Core duties of the HR Advisor role include:

- Take responsibility for 360 Recruitment support of a designated client group
- Manage the monthly Payroll in partnership with the Finance Director
- Administer the firm's benefit scheme to its employees
- Complete salary surveys and analysis
- Conduct exit interviews as required
- Monitor sickness and absence
- Carry out inductions for new starters
- Provide an HR advisory and guidance service to the firm's employees

The HR Advisor will most likey have:

- Demonstrable experience in an HR capacity including exposure to payroll
- Experience within a legal/professional services environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Someone driven to excel in an HR environment
- Working towards a CIPD level 5 Qualification
