I am recruiting for an HR Advisor for a Sutton-based company looking for a new HR Advisor to oversee the UK work force. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change across a global organisation and work in a real generalist role. This position offers a salary of £35,000. Benefits include a generous annual leave allowance, a yearly bonus and the option to earn an extra day per year.

In this position you will deliver an operational service to the Directors. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivering a comprehensive HR service to the company, including resource planning, payroll, recruitment, training, pensions, appraisals, sickness & absence, and disciplinary action
- Advising all managers regarding HR best practice
- Ensuring HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Ensuring the HR system is up-to-date and accurate
- Providing pastoral support and advice to employees
- Performing other duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as an HR Advisor/Manager/Generalist
- Have line manager experience and be able to quickly establish credibility and respect
- Have experience of HR system implementation and payroll
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a flexible and team-driven approach
