HR Advisor

The role of HR Advisor is to provide HR Administrative and Advisory support to the HR function and directly reporting to the Head of HR.

HR Advisor Duties:

  • Supporting with the pay and bonus review process and providing guidance and knowledge within negotiations
  • Working alongside the payroll manager and ensuring all payroll information is submitted accurately
  • Generalist role supporting on ER and HR issues in line with the company's policies and procedures
  • Liaising with staff and stakeholders at all levels
  • Key contact for HR administrative support and advice
  • Processing new starters, movers and leavers
  • Acting as the HR expert in regards to any pension enquiries and ensuring compliance across the organisation
  • HR ad - hoc duties

HR Advisor Skills:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous HR generalist experience
  • Resilient and calm under pressure
  • Good communicator & a strong relationship builder
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • CIPD qualified
