Permanent HR Advisor job available in the High Peak area of Peak District/Derbyshire

We are looking to recruit for one of our clients for a HR Advisor to joining their existing HR team on a permanent basis. The organisation is a well-known company in the area and currently, have a staff base of approximately 450 staff.
Your new role
This role will report to the HR Manager and you will join the HR team as a senior part of the further HR team with more junior staff underneath you. The role itself will be a full generalist position and you will provide support, advice and guidance to the managers on site. In terms of the staff force, the company currently have 450 staff and this consists of a mixture of central head office functions and blue-collar staff. The role will include everything from Advising at a complex level, recruitment, looking after the training schedule, HR data, talent management, succession planning and additional project work. Within the team, there are more junior levels of the HR team and eventually when the capability is displayed this may be an opportunity to develop in terms of managing them.
What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for a fully qualified HR candidate and somebody that has a depth of experience at HR Advisor level. This role is seen as a more senior Advising role and therefore we are looking for candidates who have lots of experience in this area. We are also looking for a candidate who is really driven and somebody who has experience of working in a fast-paced and less structured environment in a high pressurised environment.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a permanent HR Advisor position paying up to £38k. The company offer a good benefits package which includes a 3% employer pension, 25 days holiday and working hours of 8 - 4.30pm mon - Fri with an early finish of 8 - 2pm on a Friday. There is also available parking on-site.
