Permanent HR Advisor job based either in Carmarthen or Pembroke
Your new company
You will be working for a legal business which over the years has grown rapidly and continues to do so. Due to internal movements, a vacancy for an experienced HR professional has arisen working alongside the employment legal team in their friendly and professional offices. You can be based either at the Carmarthen or Pembroke office, with occasional travel between the two.
Your new role
Within your new role you'll be responsible for supporting the employment legal team through all HR administration duties. Working closely with the solicitors and legal advisors, your duties will include dealing with inbound calls and advising on general HR matters ensuring to provide a professional and supportive service in order to develop and maintain client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you'll come from a strong HR administration background with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You'll be a calm and approachable individual with great attention to detail and will be confident working with within a team in a professional services environment. You'll be extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly. The ideal candidate will be committed to pursuing a successful career in HR.
What you'll get in return
