MMP Consultancy are working with an excellent organisation to recruit 2x HR Advisors to work on a temporary contract based in London.
We are looking for a strong communicator, who is able to provide advice and support in relation to employee relations, policies and procedures across the business. Although you will be working as part of a wider team, you will be a confident, self-starter who is comfortable with managing your own workload.
Provide effective support and advice to internal staff in relation to employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment and retention
Assist managers to carry out jobs in a safe and effective manner
Support on Key Performance Indicators, including the reduction of temporary staffing spend
Advise managers on selection of candidates, including interviews and assessments
Good working knowledge of HR practice, policies and management procedures
Significant experience of working in a HR generalist role within a public sector environment
Ideally CIPD qualified
