You’ll provide invaluable guidance across multiple locations, establishing and catering for the organisation’s HR needs as you expertly advise on employee relations matters, legal implications and best practice.

We’re looking for a motivated, driven, organised and meticulous team player, committed to carrying out their duties with integrity, and to maintaining and expanding their already impressive knowledge of employment legislation.

As HR Advisor you will:

  • Providing a HR advisory service to managers in areas such as disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy, occupational health, TUPE, absence management and restructuring, alongside matters relating to maternity and flexible working.
  • Potential line management of a HR Administrator.
  • Support the HR Manager with the integration of acquisitions into the business.
  • Work on HR projects, in line with strategic objectives.
  • Produce departmental standards reports, prepare and deliver in-house workshops, and advise and support the annual review process and periodic contract roll-out.

To succeed, you will have spent at least 1 years expertly advising on employee relations and terms and conditions of employment, while multi-site experience would be advantageous. Experience of working with HR databases, of thriving in a customer service role, of maintaining confidentiality and of writing reports are a must. A full UK driving licence, access to your own transportation and a willingness to work flexibly when needed are also essential. The individual should be Motivated and driven to providing a comprehensive HR service to the business, able to organise and prioritise workload and to have passion and drive for a HR career and wanting an opportunity to be able to learn and develop.
