We are seeking an HR Advisor to step into a maternity cover from mid-May for a period of at least 7 months. This is a stand-alone position with help from the EMEA HR Manager.
You will take the lead for generalist HR duties in our client's Guildford office with circa 120 employees. Responsibilities will include providing operational support and advise to managers in terms of employee relations and issues, such as performance, compensation, reward and disciplinaries - ensuring legal compliance at all times. You will also have accountability for recruitment, developing recruitment partners and ensuring the current talent effectively managed. This role will also project work and change management, such as TUPE transfers, redundancies and benefits.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Human Resources, employment law and ideally be CIPD qualified. You should be a self-starter, be able to prioritise your workload and be confident in developing employee relations. Ideally candidates should have experience in using HR systems and the Microsoft office suite.
