As a HR Advisor you'll work within a Shared Services environment based in Northampton. You'll provide effective, efficient, responsive and commercial Employee Relations advice and support over the phone to all businesses within the group with a continuous improvement mind-set.
The sort of tasks you will be involved with will include: employment legislation and mediation, TUPE process, producing cases plans for line managers to carry out hearings, case managing grievances and appeals together with attending complex cases when required. Your ER knowledge and experience will be further utilised by reviewing and amending company ER policies as legislation requires, whilst working with Business Partners on business critical HR projects; advising on legislation, best practice and identifying/managing risk.
*Previous experience of working in a telephone based HR role is ideal - candidates with HR experience and the desire to provide excellent customer service will also be considered!
*CIPD is also highly desirable.
*Strong communication and customer service skills are a must as you will be dealing with high volumes of people on a daily basis
