The main responsibility of this role is to provide efficient and effective support to the Human Resources department in the role of a HR Advisor.
Ideal applicants will have a CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice, or a NVQ/SVQ level 3 or the ability to demonstrate equivalent experience in a similar HR role.
Due to this being a policing position, applicants should have a knowledge of employment law.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a High level of personal responsibility.
This is a police-based role, so applicants will be subject to police security checks.
It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS/CRB within the last 3 years.
