HR Advisor - Part Time - Temporary

Reed HR Southampton are seeking a HR Advisor on a part time basis for our client based in the city centre of Southampton. This is a temporary position to start ASAP for a minimum of 4 weeks.  The hours are work are between 21-28 hours per week.

Responsibilities could include:

- Providing a generalist HR service to managers and employees across an organisation
- Advising on employee relations issues including grievance, disciplinary, sickness absence
- Project work
- Ad-hoc duties when required

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Strong generalist background
- CIPD qualified
- Up to date employee law knowledge
- Experience in providing HR advice and having sound knowledge of HR polices and procedures
