This innovative and dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave for 9-12 months.
The role is a true generalist position that will involve all aspects of HR and also at all levels - so be prepared to be doing administration as well as assisting with strategic projects.
You will be a confident individual with experience of working in a busy HR team and used to advising managers on all aspects of HR issues. You will be responsible for assisting them with recruitment and talent management, disciplinary and performance meetings and assisting the HR manager with policy development.
This is varied and busy role that requires an individual who is self-motivated, reliable and conscientious and who enjoys an environment where no two days are the same and where you are are expected to be a strong team player.
