The role is stand alone, reporting to the CFO, providing HR advice and guidance to the business.
You will be responsible for:
Checking job specs and liaising with agencies
Drafting and sending out job offers and contracts (from templates),
Managing the employee induction, leaver, holiday and sickness processes
Supporting on general staff issues (health and safety, disciplinary, absenteeism, grievance),
Maintaining employee records and keeping HR files up to date
Updating the master employee register (excel),
Experience and knowledge of UK legal employment law is essential and you will be very proficient in excel, word and powerpoint.
The role is being on a 6 month fixed term contract and the client is looking for an immediate start.
