To be suitable for this role, you must be an experienced Generalist HR Advisor / Manager (3 years minimum), having covered recruitment, employee relations, learning & development and business change. You must have a proven, track record of hands on experience across all elements of HR. Proven ability to work individually and within a team, always striving for excellence.
