I'm looking for an HR Advisor until at least end of March 2018 who can do:
- ER - disciplinaries, grievances, LTS and performance
- Project management - supporting TUPE and redundancies process with consultations and letters. There is an HR consultant leading this project, so this person will be supporting them
- Admin as required - we are a small team and organisation so this person needs to be able to get stuck in with admin as and when
- I also have a Subject access request which needs work which entails trawling through 6000 emails looking for personal data on and individual.
The person needs to be personable, can communicate well over all levels - from carers (who English is not a first language) to the CEO.
This person has to have sensible initiative, a self starter, and someone who contributes and can give suggestions on how to improve areas in a nice way.
They will probably have to hot desk.
