As HR Advisor you will be the experienced "go to" HR person. Joining the HR and Organisational Team you will be a multi-talented font of all things HR; you will have in depth experience in a wide range of people management skills and employment law, and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. The role will be involved in all aspects of the employee journey.
You will report into the HR and L&D Manager, and along with the rest of the team, you will ensure the HR & OD Strategy is achieved through innovative initiatives and hard work. You will be an action orientated person, who gets a kick out of delivering results.
Our client's HR team offers support to other organisations across SE England on a consultancy basis, so you will feel confident in the advice you give and be able to act swiftly, making your own decisions . This will include occasional on-site visits.
You will provide managers (internal and external) with the support and skills to manage their people to deliver business objectives whilst minimising costly risks, work with the HR Coordinator to ensure they are compliant.
Everyone in their team has a proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver to deadlines. They want to hear from you, if you can demonstrate; previous experience delivering a varying HR caseload in a fast paced, progressive HR environment, achievement of Level 5 CIPD qualification, sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices, strong communication and relationship building skills strong project management skills and the ability to self-manage.
