We are seeking an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join our busy and friendly HR team, who support over 200 staff.

The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Member of CIPD, but as a minimum will have attained Level 5 Intermediate CIPD and be working towards Level 7 Advanced CIPD. You will have a strong commercial HR approach, working knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures, and be experienced in providing HR-related advice to all levels of management.
You will also be numerate, have an eye for detail, be 'solutions orientated’ in your approach and flexible to the needs of the organisation.
A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are essential, as travel across Dorset and Wiltshire will be required to support our nursing and fundraising teams.
