HR Advisor - Generalist | Social Care
Full time - Permanent
£25,000 -£28,000 per annum
CCS | Compass Corporate Services are assisting an established and growing specialist care provider with the appointment of their generalist HR Advisor vacancy. This is a fantastic job opportunity to join an organisation that really does care about their patents and employees.
This will be a operationally focused and hands on role, with a full generalist remit.
This role is an operational HR role, where you'll really need to role your sleeves up and get stuck in. You're duties will include: advising on policy, procedures, consultations, ER issues (disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc…), recruitment, Learning & Development / training etc… in line with best practice, employment law, employment legislation and the company's values.
The successful candidate will be adept at building relationship ensuring that consistent advice is given also you'll be a key part of HR team and work closely with senior members of the HR team on projects such as change management where you'd be assisting on consultations and changes in terms and conditions.
- CIPD level 3 minimum
- A Clear DBS
- Ability to think on your feet
- Experienced working with HR
- Management/Leadership experience
- Experienced working in a regulated environment, ideally Health/Social care
