The client is looking for someone who has e2e ER experience on a range of policies and processes, someone who can confidently coach our managers on best practice, take early intervention steps as well as other generalist duties. The client is looking for seasoned professionals with good advisory experience who can settle in the role quickly.
Duties and Tasks;
*Supporting all administrative aspects of recruitment campaigns, under the direction of the HR Adviser and Resourcing Manager, including scheduling and logistics for sift, interviews and assessments and escorting candidates. Ensuring panel documentation is issued and returned in a timely manner and is filed appropriately.
*Maintaining the Recruitment Spreadsheet and Competition Spreadsheet on a daily basis
*Uploading draft adverts, sift and interview scores and feedback to the e-recruitment system and drafting correspondence to candidates that is clear, concise and error-free.
*Taking responsibility for on-boarding new starters and internal staff moves as allocated, including keeping new staff and line managers informed of progress, and liaising with Other Government Departments for transfer paperwork. Uploading new starter information onto our HR database promptly.
*Completing pre-employment checks and ensuring security vetting and ID documents are received for all new permanent, fixed term and temporary appointments and filed appropriately and securely.
*Issuing induction invites to new starters and maintaining a record of attendance
*Raising POs, paying invoices and responding to Finance queries received in the HR inbox in a timely manner. Keeping an accurate record of all expenditure.
*Assisting HR team with ad hoc tasks as required
