The successful candidate will be a professional and customer focused HR Advisor, able to hit the ground running in providing a timely and efficient HR service to the business. You will have experience of working on your own initiative, ideally in a standalone HR role and will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for details and the ability to produce correspondence to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
*Providing guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues
*Monitoring long and short term sickness absences cases
*End to end recruitment including advertising roles, working with agencies and assisting with interviews
*Coordinating maternity, paternity, retirement and flexible working processes
*Processing and administering employment contracts, changes to terms, and all starter and leaver paperwork
*Opportunity to lead and contribute to key departmental projects for the organisation

*CIPD qualified or working towards
*Generalist HR experience in an SME environment
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR Processes
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
