I am recruiting a generalist and employee relations HR Adviser to join a well known not for profit organisation based in Central London.
We're looking for someone with at least two years of human resources experience who is used to getting involved and advising and briefing managers on best practise including recruitment, terms of contract, and grievances.
You will be getting involved with project work including coordinating recruitment campaigns, learning and development (including lunchtime and longer term workshops and training), employee wellbeing, and organisational values.
With experience of multi tasking and sickness and payroll administration you should be part or fullly CIPD qualified. Experience of working within the not for profit or education sectors will be a definite advantage.
