They are currently recruiting for a HR Adviser to support 2 sites in Bucks and Hampshire
The role will report into a Regional HRM and be part of a small team of HR advisers and HR Assistants.
The Head of HR has been with the business for several months and part of their remit is to transform HR to be closer aligned to the business, create a partnership approach with the management population. They are also looking at retention, engagement and talent management. They are passionate about HR and come with a wealth of experience from many well-known organisations.
The pace and turnaround of the business is swift. High productivity and efficiency are what makes this business successful. So, it is essential to provide business related HR solutions.
Even though part of a global business they are proud of a family feel ethos and management are open and approachable. The have good a good working relationship with the Unions and even though it would be nice to have unionised experience this is not essential.
To be successful you will come from a fast paced, commercial environment. Essential to have strong HR partnership, stakeholder management experience, ability to push back to your stakeholder group within a high-volume ER environment.
