The HR Adviser will work closely with managers to guide and advise on employee relations cases, with a particular focus on employee Wellbeing issues. With your own caseload to manage, you will be comfortable liaising with managers and helping them to interpret policies and procedures, including the application of employment legislation, whilst taking a best practice approach.
You will have previous experience of working in a HR environment, and enjoy working as a true generalist managing a variety of tasks at the same time. A confident communicator, verbally and in writing, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team to collaborate on policies and projects, and offer a flexible and responsive HR service.
